2. Services Provided
MySSLPro provides SSL/TLS certificates issued by trusted Certificate Authorities (CAs). We act as a reseller and intermediary. The final certificate is governed by the CA's own Certificate Policy and Certification Practice Statement.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.
4. Certificate Use & Restrictions
SSL certificates may only be used on the domain(s) for which they were issued. You agree not to use certificates for unlawful purposes or on domains you do not control.
5. Payment & Billing
All prices are in USD. Payment is due at the time of purchase. MySSLPro reserves the right to change pricing at any time.
6. Renewals
It is your responsibility to renew certificates before they expire. MySSLPro will send reminders but is not liable for consequences of expired certificates.
7. Limitation of Liability
MySSLPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify MySSLPro against claims arising from your use of services or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
MySSLPro reserves the right to suspend accounts and revoke certificates for violations or fraudulent behavior without notice or refund.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email.

3. Refund Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most SSL certificate products — no questions asked.
- Standard Refund Window: Full refund within 30 days of original purchase.
- Eligibility:
- Request within 30 days (installed or not): Eligible (installed certificates will be revoked).
- Request after 30 days: Not eligible.
- Renewed certificates: Not eligible after issuance.
- Installation services: Non-refundable once rendered.
- ToS Violations: Not eligible.
- Revocation Upon Refund: Active certificates will be revoked by the CA upon refund. Browsers will no longer trust the certificate.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed in 3–5 business days; funds may take an additional 2–5 days to appear in your account.
